So a few weeks ago I fell asleep in my sports bra. It was comfortable, I was relaxing, and before I knew it, it was morning. I was in a good mood... better than I had been lately. Did sleeping in the bra really have something to do with it?
So, I worked up the courage to ask my wife about sleeping in one every night, and she said I should go for it. I have worn one most nights since, and it feels good. You have to try it! My new sleep bras are Puma sports bras that were purchased at Costco. Sorry for the fuzzy pic, it was the best I could find!
